ROI-Focused Campaigns
A campaign is a commercial commitment. It should be planned with the return conditions written down and measured against those conditions rather than against how it felt.

The problem this work solves.
Campaigns are often reviewed after the fact with whichever metric supports continuing them. That is comfortable and it makes the next decision harder, because nothing was learned that transfers.
Setting the economics before launch changes the conversation. What the campaign has to return, over what period, and what result would mean stopping.
Returns depend on product, margin, market conditions and the quality of what a campaign sends traffic to. We do not offer guaranteed results, and we would treat any agency that does with caution.
How ProData works on it.
Each stage produces something written down. That is what makes the result usable afterwards.
Write the economics down
Target return, acceptable acquisition cost, payback period and the volume the campaign is expected to produce. Agreed with the client, before spend.
Set the measurement plan
How the result will be read, from which source, and what will be done about the gap between platform reported and client side numbers.
Build for readability
Campaign structure that isolates the variables worth learning about, so the result explains itself rather than needing an interpretation.
Run and adjust
Adjustments made against the plan. Changing the target mid flight because the result is uncomfortable is how organisations lose the ability to forecast.
Decide
Scale, hold, restructure or stop. Every campaign ends with one of those four, recorded with the reasoning that led to it.
What the work covers.
Planning and measurement take more of this list than the media itself, which is usually the right balance. Scope is agreed per engagement, and not every item applies to every client.
- Campaign economics and target setting
- Forecasting and scenario planning
- Measurement plan and reporting design
- Budget phasing and pacing
- Creative and offer development
- Landing experience alignment
- In flight optimisation
- Incrementality testing where volume allows
- Post campaign analysis
- Scaling recommendations
How measurement is handled.
Return is calculated against contribution, not headline revenue, and stated with the assumptions visible. Two campaigns with the same reported return can have very different value once margin and repeat behaviour are included.
Where a result is genuinely inconclusive, we report it as inconclusive.
- Return calculated on contribution with assumptions shown
- Media cost and production cost both included
- Results compared with a pre agreed baseline
- Confidence and sample size stated with the result
- Learnings recorded so the next campaign starts from evidence
